Arenap employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Arenap reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Arenap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify Arenap immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Arenap is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by Arenap for verification purposes, which may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Arenap reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
Arenap accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 or the cryptocurrency equivalent as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Arenap does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your Arenap wallet upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain network confirmations. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard Philippine banking processing times.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Arenap does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are as displayed on the Platform at the time of your withdrawal request.
Arenap reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where Arenap has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
The Arenap Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) for fiat transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as displayed on the Platform. Arenap is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
The following general rules apply to all games available on the Arenap Platform. Arenap's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Arenap account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Arenap makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Arenap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination for cause (including breach of these Terms), Arenap reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Upon termination for reasons other than cause, Arenap will return any verified balance remaining in your account, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Arenap account at any time by contacting Arenap support. Upon account closure, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the Arenap Platform, including game outcomes, account transactions, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact Arenap's customer support team. Arenap will investigate all complaints promptly and in good faith.
Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Arenap's records of game outcomes, transactions, and account activity shall be the definitive source of truth in the resolution of any dispute, absent manifest error.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through Arenap's internal complaints process.
Arenap reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Arenap will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address registered on their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
