You must be 21 years old or above to register and play on Arenap. This is in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is required during the registration process, and Arenap reserves the right to request supporting documents to confirm your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and any funds returned.

No. Each player is allowed only one Arenap account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

Go to the Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter the email address linked to your Arenap account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If you're still having trouble, contact Arenap support at [email protected] — plain text, not a link.

Log in to your Arenap account and navigate to your Account Settings dashboard. From there you can update your contact details, notification preferences, and linked payment methods. Note that changes to your registered name or date of birth may require identity verification documents before they are processed, as these are used for account security and compliance purposes.

Arenap supports a wide range of payment options popular with Filipino players. These include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank for local bank and e-wallet deposits. Arenap does not charge additional fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider — whether that's GCash, your bank, or a crypto exchange — may apply their own transaction fees. For cryptocurrency deposits, standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply and are not controlled by Arenap. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Limbo is a multiplier-based game where you set a target multiplier before each round. The Arenap engine then generates a random result. If the result is equal to or higher than your target, you win — your stake is multiplied by your chosen target. If the result falls below your target, you lose your stake. A pending withdrawal status on Arenap usually means one of the following: your request is in the standard processing queue, your account requires identity verification before the first withdrawal can be released, or there is a security review in progress. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the standard processing window, contact Arenap support at [email protected] with your account details and withdrawal reference number.

Arenap uses industry-standard security measures to protect your account and personal data. These include SSL encryption on all data transmissions, two-factor authentication (2FA) available for your account, and automated fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual activity. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in your account settings and using a unique, strong password that you don't use on other platforms.

Arenap may request identity verification documents as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID. If you suspect that someone has accessed your Arenap account without your permission, change your password immediately via the Login page and enable two-factor authentication if you haven't already.
